This is also a photo from our vacation on Gotland last year. We rented a small house and this cat belonged to the owner of the main house. He was so cute and friendly, left hair everywhere though ;-)

Boat at Katthammarsvik

This is an old photo from July 2011 when Dennis and I were on Gotland with his parents. This was taken the first night of our week on Gotland. After we had a nice BBQ dinner out on the deck of the house we rented, we drove down to Katthammarsvik which was the closest little town. It was a very nice evening, the whole week was nice :)

Flower in the sun

This is taken after the sun had come up at Gålö Havsbad. I really wanted to find some flowers or bugs with morning dew on them, but most flowers and bugs have gone away since it's getting to cold for them. I found this flower and I liked how the sun was shining on it. It could be a bit sharper, but it's the best I managed on that day :)

Found this bug on a flower and decided I should try and get a macro photo. I was lying on the wet grass and using my elbows to support my arms, trying to hold the camera still enough to get the little bugger in focus. It wasn't easy, but I think this photo is quite okay considering I didn't use a tripod. The eyes are amazing, it was really cool to see it that close through the camera.

Found this lonely "puffball" when I was out walking the other weekend. I was surprise it was still there because it has been very windy lately and most of them have disappeared in the wind, but this little one was still there.

Mushrooms in the forest

I was out walking by myself near Edsviken when I saw these mushrooms that were growing on a tree branch. I found it interesting how they were growing up the branch and on top of eachother, so I had to take a photo of it.

Helga the puppy

While Dennis and I were having lunch in the city one day a guy came in with his puppy, Helga. I asked him if I could take some photos of her because she was adorable. She was so "ugly cute" and it was impossible to not like her :)

This weekend Dennis and I rented a cabin at Gålö Havsbad. We came out there at 8pm on Friday and got up at 4:30am on Saturday morning to get photos of the sunrise. We went down to the beach and it was very quiet, peaceful and beautiful. It was great :-)

Mooring

The sun was out again today, clear blue sky and such a nice day. We went to Skeppsholmen and walked around all day, and I found this "metal ring" along the water. I like how this photo turned out, with some of the water in the background. The two white blurry spots are two swans swimming around in the water :-)
